Refund policy

Only articles that are in the original packaging, undamaged, and provided with all labels can be exchanged within 14 days after receipt. Visibly worn articles are always refused and cannot be exchanged. The direct costs of returning the goods are for the account of the customer/buyer.

If the goods were sent incorrectly by us, we will bear the costs of returning. In such a case, contact our customer service for further instructions.

If the goods are returned by you, we will refund you within 14 days after receiving confirmation, but not before the goods have been received and checked by us.

Address for returning goods:

If an order is not collected from a pick-up point, parcel locker, or post office in time and is consequently returned to us, the shipping and any return costs actually paid by us will be considered as incurred costs. In that case, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from the amount to be refunded. This also applies to international shipments, where shipping and return costs can be significantly higher than for domestic deliveries.

Free shipping means that shipping costs are not charged separately to the customer upon a correctly executed delivery. It does not mean that these costs were not incurred. If a shipment cannot be delivered or is not collected in time due to the customer's actions and is consequently returned to us, the actual shipping and return costs incurred may be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Any return costs charged to us by the carrier as a result of an uncollected shipment are also considered incurred costs and may be charged. This provision does not apply if the return shipment is the result of an error by the seller or the carrier for which the customer bears no responsibility. By placing an order, the customer agrees that an uncollected shipment is considered a delivery that could not be completed due to the customer's actions, as a result of which the actual shipping and return costs incurred may be deducted from a refund.
